Our Shipping and Returns Policy sets out how we deliver and allow return of Products. The Shipping and Returns Policy is part of our Terms of Use and as such is a binding legal agreement.
Any capitalized terms which are not defined in this policy, will have the same meaning as set out in the Terms of Use.

1. Do you charge for domestic shipping?

You may be required to pay a small shipping fee for domestic orders based on the total value of your order. The applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly stated during the checkout process and will be your responsibility to pay.

2. When will I receive my order?

Processing times vary according to the item ordered and usually, it takes [3-5] Business Days (Monday thru Friday excluding public holidays) for any Product to be delivered.

3. Is express shipping available?

We offer express shipping to select locations at an extra cost. You can check whether your order is eligible for express delivery by entering your postal code during checkout. If it’s available, you can choose the express delivery option to find out about the delivery charges and estimated delivery time.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At present, we are unable to process orders for international delivery and only cater to customers within India.

5. How do I track my order?

To track the delivery of your order, simply use the airway bill number provided to you. Your order will be delivered to the address you specified during the order placement, within working hours.

6. Can I return the Products?

If the Product is new and unused, you can return it within 7 days from receipt, along with its original packaging and price tag. After we confirm the eligibility, you may opt for a full refund or exchange the Product for another item.

7. What happens if I receive a damaged product, wrong order or short quantity?

If you receive a damaged product, wrong order or an incomplete quantity, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. In your message, please include your name, contact details, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. We will promptly investigate the matter and communicate with you about the best way to resolve the problem.

8. Can I return any Product purchased from an independent retailer or online marketplace?

We can only assist you with returns for products that were bought directly from our website. If you need a refund or want to exchange a product that you purchased from a third-party retailer or online marketplace, you will need to contact the seller you bought the item from directly.

9. What happens if a product does not qualify for return?

We do not provide any credit if a product does not meet the requirements for return. At our discretion, we may return such ineligible products to you at your own cost

10. When will I receive my refund?

Upon approval, eligible items will be refunded within [3-5] business days (Monday through Friday excluding public holidays), and the refunded amount will be credited to the payment mode used by you.

11. What happens if I do not accept delivery of an order?

If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for reasons not attributed to our fault, we reserve the right to levy an extra charge to cover our reasonable direct costs resulting from your non-acceptance, which may include expenses for additional insurance, storage, delivery, or similar charges.
